About Annika Sala
Hey, I’m Annika, an actress, filmmaker, stunt fighter/martial artist and author with Mexican, German and Dutch roots.
My journey into Chinese martial arts has taken me to China many times, where I continue to train and learn from my Masters and deepen my understanding of the practice.
Through my films, seminars and writing, I share not only the physical side of martial arts, but also what it has taught me about discipline, structure, inner strength and, above all, having the courage to follow your own path.
The Vision
My vision is to create a place in Germany dedicated to Kung Fu. A place to learn, to grow, to come together to train and exchange wisdom, and learn from one another. A place open to all ages, genders and backgrounds. A place where Masters, Monks and Nuns from China, India, Nepal and around the world can meet us to connect, to exchange knowledge and wisdom, to inspire, grow and open our hearts.
Your support of The Silent Path helps me take another step toward making this vision a reality.
