Delivery / Access
Access is granted immediately after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive a personal streaming link by e-mail (Purchase Receipt), and the same link is also shown on the confirmation page right after checkout. This link lets you watch the documentary online for as long as this streaming service remains available – there is no download and no physical copy is sent.
If you choose Bank Transfer (Prepayment), access is granted once your payment has been received and confirmed, which may take a few business days depending on your bank.
